All personal data (i.e. name, address, phone number) you have provided us for your application on the PAINT CLUB website will not be passed to a third party. On the PAINT CLUB website guests can only see the stage name, photo and brief description of artists and judges. CROMATICS will be given access to your hidden data (i.e. real name, address, phone number)  as far as this is necessary for consultations and contracts. If you have agreed to us to do so, we will also use your data to inform you about our latest news concerning our events. You are entitled to withdraw your agreement at any time. Additionally, you have the right to request us to change or delete your data. If we alter or delete your personal data you have the right to be informed about it. We store your personal data as well as data concerning your application for the purposes of fulfilling the application process.
