Description
Together with New Yorker the PAINT CLUB goes on a fascinating Battle Tour.
From September, 8th to 28th 2010 we will come to 13 European cities, where two local artists teams compete against each other in an interactive, creative match.
On September, 10th the tour stop is in Görlitz at Club BASTA ! (preview to Focus Festival).

In 90 minutes the competitors will paint a two by three metre sized canvases with coloured markers. The audience decides to which topic they have o paint and about victory or defeat.
Musical entertainment from our DJ Team PITCHTUNER BERLIN & DJ KID CUT HANNOVER ensures good mood and proper beats!
The artworks will be auctioned after each event. The proceeds benefits the Street Art Festival Absolut Bronson.

Description
Focus 2010 is a multi-level german-polish youth project and will negotiate with all individual events opportunities for meaningful leisure and lifestyle. It is organized by youth for youth.
On September, 11th Focus 2010 takes place on the grounds of "Alter Schlachthof" in Görlitz.
Here presents the diversity of youth culture - including breakdancing, graffiti and street art, fun sports, street theater and visual installations. There are lots of good music between pop and indie rock, hip hop or deephouse and electric live.
BASTA! is the easternmost Youth Cultural Center of Germany. Right on the border with Poland - in the middle of the old town Görlitz.
Since 1994 there are concerts and DJ events with artists from around the world in many different styles of music, photo slideshows, games nights, workshops,etc. organzied.
Admission for the PAINT CLUB Battle Night is 5 €.
