We raise the curtain for the ART LOVIN KRIMINALS from Croatia! The arist duo is perfected by SMOG and KANTE who put their ideas on paper – or in this case walls, too. The small fry (SMOG is 22, Kante 20 years old) convinced the crowd with their talent in July 2011.

They bespeak old skul tattoo styles, prints and fine art work but also colourful sktech works that are being used as tattoos. SMOGs favourite occupation is and will remain graffiti.

SMOG stands for Jure Bogdanic, a young student of architecture. He started early with 12 years to grow creatively and evolve an own style that he describes as „simple but with large scale of different colours“.

Jure gains inspiration simply by painting and is delighted with the orange colour. In his opinion the Urban Art is the new way of expressing old styles.

At his side: KANTE, a 20-year-old girl who has been active in the creativ scene for two years with her abstract but colourful style of painting. Her real name is Katarina Sucic and she studies history and art. Her motivation to take part at the PAINT CLUB was meeting new people, what’s really a nice aspect of the project.

She gets inspired by artists like Mr. Kid Kros or Mad C and likes to dip the brush in red and tourquise blue paint pot. In her eyes the Urban Art is the modern way of expressing oneself.

Apart from painting they are interested in music and tattoos.
